Key points of use and installation:
1. The product has been strictly tested for tightness before leaving the factory, and 2.5Mpa nitrogen is sealed in the fluorine circuit. When setting up the machine, please cut the refrigerant connection pipe for leak detection.
2. To ensure the integrity of the main structure of the casing, take protective measures when making the connection of each pipeline to avoid damaging the welding quality of the original welding circuit
3. Please ensure that the bracket of the casing and the body of the equipment are well fastened, and the connecting pipes should be fixed and the necessary heat preservation measures should be taken
4. In order to fully improve the heat exchange performance of the product and the efficient and safe operation of the whole machine, please choose a peripheral configuration with high-quality performance
5. Provide good quality cooling water and refrigerant to ensure the effective circulation of the system. When the equipment is not in operation for a long time, please drain the water in the heat exchanger
6. When the product is used as an evaporator, consider setting the system in a downstream arrangement to increase the heat exchange temperature difference
